NTRCA Teacher’s Registration Application System

NTRCA application system is very easy. Usually, If you want to apply 17th Non-Government Teacher’s Registration Circular 2020 So follow step by step guide and follow these govt rules.

  • First, Go to the NTRCA official website www.ntrca.teletalk.com.bd
  • Select the post name that you want to be applying.
  • Then fill up all the field by required information (Name, Address, Academic Informations, Phone Number, NID, etc)
  • After fill up all the field upload your own scanned color photo and signature.

Note: The photo must be colourfull and the size must be 300 X 300 pixel (width X height) and file size should not more than 100 KB and Signature must be 300 X 80 pixel (width X height) and file size should not more than 60 KB. Must avoid uploading an unacceptable photo ( black & white, Monochrome or Grayscale photo or any image other than photo).

  • Check the full information that you filled up.
  • Then click the submit button.
  • After completing your application properly then you instantly get a download copy with your application id
  • Then you should print or download your application copy
  • After print or download this copy, you just pay the exam fee that is elected by NTRCA
  • You will get a maximum of 72 hours of time to pay the exam fee after completing your application

16th NTRCA Application Deadlines

According to NTRCA, 17 th Teacher’s Registration application process will continue from May to June 2020. So, if you want to be an Assistance Teacher or a Lecturer then you should apply within this time frame to participate in this examination for your dream job. 16th NTRCA Exam Format 2020

According to NTRCA Circular notice, the 17th  Teacher’s Registration exam will be held on three formats,  First, Preliminary Exam,  Second Written Exam,  and Finally Viva-Voice. If a candidate appeared the preliminary exam and passed then he/she will get the chance to participate Written Exam. Similarly, if the candidate passed in the written exam then he/she will be selected for the Final exam and that is Viva-Voice. Preliminary Exam Syllabus 2020

The preliminary Exam syllabus is so short and easiest than BCS Exam. If students/candidates take a good preparation then he/she will get passed both school and college level preliminary exam. Preliminary Test Subject and Mark Distribution

This year, the 17th NTRCA Teacher’s Registration exam will be held on 30th August 2020.  Usually, most of the candidates have a proper idea about the preliminary test subject and mark distribution. But if the applicants, who don’t have a clear concept about the topic, so today we are going to share about the subject and marks distribution process. See the chart below.

Preliminary Test Admit Card Download 2020

When NTRCA announced the preliminary text exam date then they will also send an SMS about User ID and Password to every applicant who applied the 16th  Teacher’s Registration exam application. After getting the SMS you can easily download the Admit Card from the official website of NTRCA  http://ntrca.teletalk.com.bd/admitcard/index.php  After downloading the admit card you must have to print it out to participate in the 16th Teacher’s Registration Preliminary Test Exam 2020.

Written Examination Admit Card 2020

After published the preliminary examination result then NTRCA will be uploaded the written examination admit card on the official website http://ntrca.teletalk.com.bd/admitcard/ for those who are passed the preliminary test exam. After getting the SMS all candidates easily can download the written examination admit card to use their User ID and Password.

NTRCA Exam Fee Payment Method

You can easily pay out the 16th Teacher’s Registration Online Application and Exam fee via Teletalk Prepaid Mobile SMS. Usually, After completed the online application then you have to pay out the exam fee within 72 hours. If you don’t complete the payment within 72 hours then your online application will be canceled and you need to apply again into the time frame.  According to NTRCA circular, 16th online application and exam fee is only 350 Taka. When you download or print the application form you will get a User ID.  Then you need to send SMS with the following two methods to use your User ID.  To pay out the exam fee (350 Taka) by Teletalk Prepaid Mobile SMS just follow the steps below.

SMS Format For Teletalk Prepaid Mobile SMS:

1st SMS – NTRCA <Space>User ID  then send to 16222

Example –  NTRCA ABCDE  and send to 16222

When you sent the 1st SMS you will get a return SMS with a Pin number. After getting the pin number then you need to send the 2nd SMS with this pin number. Keep in mind that every SMS will charge 2.50 BDT when you send an SMS at once.

2nd SMS – NTRCA <Space> YES <Space> PIN then send to 16222

Example: NTRCA YES 123456 78 and send to 16222

After sending the 2nd SMS when NTRCA confirms your application then 350 Taka will be automatically deducted from your SIM balance and you will get a User ID and Password.  However, If you forgot or unfortunately delete your User ID and Password SMS so don’t worry. You can easily recover your User ID and Password to follow the two ways below.

User ID Recover SMS Formate:

NTRCA <Space> Help <Space> User <Space> User ID then send to 16222

Example: NTRCA  Help User ABCDE  and send to 16222

PIN Number Recover SMS Formate:

NTRCA  <Space> Help <Space> PIN <Space> PIN Number

Example: NTRCA Help PIN 12345678 and send to 16222

NTRCA Preliminary and Written Examination Center 2020

According to NTRCA, 16th  Teacher’s Registration preliminary exam center is selected for 24 districts town around the country. And written examination center is selected for Eight Divisional districts town around the country. If an applicant selects an exam center at online registration time then he/she will not change the exam center at once. Previous NTRCA Application and Exam Statistics

15th NTRCA online application registration begins from 5th December 2018, and application submission the last date was 28th December 2018. All the candidates who will pass the preliminary exam, they have to submit a hard copy. 15th NTRCA Preliminary Exam Date and Time schedule (School & School-2  and College Level) was 19th April 2019 from 10.00 AM to 11.00 AM and Written Exam Date and Time schedule (School & School-2 and College Level) was from 9.00 AM to 12.00 PM on 26th July 2019 and 27th July 2019.
